My Students:
Our students are willing and wanting to move and learn. We have over 600 students who will use the equipment requested. Several students are needing to improve on upper body strength as well as muscular strength for the lower body.
My Project:
Students use scooters in physical education class for various activities and games that encourage active participation and strength building. Currently, we have equipment for most students. The 6 scooter set would enable all students in the class to participate at once without wait time. Scooters will be used in games with cross-curricular content. We use scooters in spelling games. We also learn the bones of the body. Nutrition and label reading games are performed on scooters as well.
My Students Need:
The requested scooter set will enable all students to have their own piece of equipment. Students will benefit with maximized learning time.
