Taste of the Town

Taste of the Town is an evening supporting student mental health and wellness in the Olathe Public Schools.This evening event offers guests the opportunity to sample local gourmet foods as well as wine, spirits and craft beers. Guests can participate in a silent and live auction, as well as cooking demonstrations and samplings created by students in the Olathe Culinary Arts program.

Proceeds from this event benefit mental health and wellness in Olathe Public Schools, including support for the Braden Robertson Student Mental Health Fund, which supports timely access to mental health care for all student and staff, and a mental health co-responder available to all buildings in our district.

The most recent Taste of the Town, held in March 2025, raised $354,000 to support mental health wellness for Olathe students.
