You can support Olathe schools while enjoying big discounts at 15 area restaurants. Olathe elementary students will offer Major Saver Discount Cards which give you 15 buy-one-get-one-free offers at Olathe area restaurants such as Pizza Street, Smokin’ Joe’s, and Culvers. The purchase of a ten dollar card benefits YOU in many ways.
First, you save money. You dine out for half the price!
Second, the proceeds benefit individual Olathe elementary schools. Half of the proceeds stay in the schools to provide funding for field trips, equipment purchases, or books and supplies.
Third, it gives each elementary student the opportunity to give back to the community in a philanthropic way. The remaining 50% of the cards’ proceeds support the Olathe Public Schools Foundation’s classroom grants, summer school scholarships, and Educator Excellence Awards.
This year the cards have a new design but you’ll see the same amazing values as in the past. Also new this year is the opportunity for friends, family and co-workers in other towns to purchase cards exclusive to their location, still giving credit to their favorite student’s school. Grandma and Grandpa who live in the north part of Kansas City can purchase a card for Liberty restaurants, still giving credit to their Olathe student! Purchases for all cards can also be made online by going to the website at www.majorsaver.com. You can purchase as many cards as you like; there's no limit!
